Hi Mike, we haven't a kettle, because the water in Rome is full of calcium and the kettle should be broken in few weeks, so we prefer a normal pot or a boiler to boil water. About other items, we know, we're wiating for low season to fix everything is necessary. Thanks lot for your review.

Dear guest, maybe you should tell other people that you booked a room for 1 person and after first night, we discovered that you and another people were into the room. You were lucky, because our rules allow us to delete your reservation and keep your money... but we prefer to be friendly and allow to you to remain into the apartment, but in a single bed room! Was I rude and agressive? It's strange because I didn't meet you and we only keep in touch by text and Whatsapp... so where did you understand that I was rude and aggressive? About fans and lights you're right, in fact we changed them immedately as soon as you told us something about this problem. The second fan worked proprerly, you're wrong. Tomorrow I will speak with the owner of the property to decide if it will be necessary to be stronger with these not true words from you... I'm sorry, but you passed the line! About "bed bugs"... sorry... but I'm distuging about your lies and I'm prompt to have a immediate comparision between us. Obivously I will speak with Expedia to ask something about your words that are unacceptable for us! I hope you will be a little bit honest when express a review about an apartment, also because it's simple to understand that your problem was only about the double bed... because you would have a room for you and your "friend", but in this case you have to ask to me permission, because it wasn't correct to host someone without an agreement with us.
