Vatican Penthouse with St Peter’s view

Situato in una delle zone più centrali della città eterna, questo meraviglioso appartamento di 160 m2 è composto da un soggiorno, una sala da pranzo, 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e una grande terrazza con vista sulla cupola di San Pietro; ospita comodamente fino a 8 persone.

L'appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato e ristrutturato con prestigio a gennaio 2013, con mobili antichi sia moderni che originali. Si trova al terzo e ultimo piano di un edificio storico e per questo motivo non c'è ascensore. La connessione Internet Wi-Fi gratuita è disponibile in tutte le parti dell'appartamento.

Appena entrati, rimarrete affascinati dall'ampio ingresso e dal lungo corridoio attraverso il quale è possibile accedere a tutte le aree della proprietà.

La zona giorno è composta da un soggiorno, con un divano letto matrimoniale, TV satellitare e una sala da pranzo con un tavolo molto grande che può ospitare fino a 10 persone; e una cucina completamente attrezzata completa di forno, lavastoviglie, tostapane, bollitore, caffettiera italiana.

Attraverso le finestre della sala da pranzo è possibile accedere alla meravigliosa terrazza di 22m2 dalla quale si possono vedere Via Cola di Rienzo, Piazza Risorgimento e una magnifica vista di San Cupola di Pietro.

La zona notte è composta da tre camere da letto. La prima è una camera matrimoniale di 21 m2 con due letti singoli o un letto king size e arredata con antico armadio e scrivania. La seconda camera offre un originale antico letto matrimoniale e una grande cassettiera. La terza camera da letto è arredata in stile moderno, con un letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio e un bagno privato con box doccia (quello verde nelle foto). Questo è il primo di tre bagni: altri sono quello rosa, dotato di un?vasca da bagno con soffione, wc, bidet e lavatrice e quella blu, completa di wc e box doccia.

Venice With A View

Maria was an excellent hostess who went above and beyond to find me a dentist during my stay. Although it is up 4 flights of stairs, the view and the terrace are incredible.

This apartment and host deserve more than an 10/10! We have stayed in many VRBOs and this has been the best experience we have ever had! The location of the apartment, the exceptional host, the cleanliness of the apartment- made this trip so special! We had a family of 6 staying here and we had plenty of space for all of us. Maria arranged all of our transportation and that was so helpful for our vacation. They always arrived on time and the price was told to us before we ever even left for our vacation. FANTASTIC apartment in Rome

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well furnished with a fabulous location and host. The description was accurate. There were good restaurants, markets, ATMs, and gelato within blocks and the Vatican was so close. The patio and views were added bonuses. This perfectly met the needs of our family of six adults. All our needs for space and amenities were met.

Amazing Weekend In Roma!

The Check-in and communication between Maria and myself was amazing! She was always there to help and answer any questions! The flat itself was amazing we had a group of 9 and all had our own space as well as great location for any of the Vatican activities as well as a phenomenal view of the Vatican and Saint Peter’s Dome! Would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in exploring this area of Roma!

Amazing Location

We were a group consisting of 3 couples. Everyone having their own bathroom was excellent. The apartment was well appointed with what we needed. Beds were comfortable and space was clean. Sitting on the balcony at night was an added bonus. The location of the property is perfect. Our host, Maria was excellent and took the extra steps of arranging our transportation. Location was perfect! Highly recommend.

When in Rome…. Stay here!

We loved everything about the apartment. The views from the terrace, the surrounding restaurants and shops, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen, and the neighborhood felt safe. Maria was a wonderful host. She communicated very well with us at all points of our travel. She assisted us with transfers from airport and to train station. She went above and beyond to help us if/when needed. Highly recommend staying there especially if you like the comfort of having a host that has your back. Overall very easy and great experience! Wonderful Apartment

We had a multigenerational group and had a great time in the apartment. The patio was excellent, rooms are comfortable, and the location makes it easy to explore Rome. The host was exceptionally helpful with setting up our transports. We would stay there again.

Great family unit near vatican

Comfortable and spacious apt for wife and I and our 3 adult children. Its nicely equipped and the host was so helpful with setting up car service to and from the airport. No elevator was no issue to do the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Great Apartment

We loved our stay. Fantastic location, clean and very comfortable and lots of amenities. Lots of bars and restaurants very close. And you can see the top of St Peters Dome. The host Maria was so helpful and even booked transport for us. Highly recommended. We hope to come back.

Amazing views

Great apartment with tons of restaurants, shops and the Vatican nearby. We spend our Christmas holiday and this place and it was decorated with a Xmas tree for us to enjoy. A bottle of Prosecco and chocolates was left by the host, nice touch! Our host was gracious and arranged transportation from fumicino airport and to our ship in Civitavecchia! We did manage to get our steps in during our stay! This apartment has no lift! But we managed and planned our travel in and out of the apartment! Overall a great place!

Perfect Location

Maria was an amazing host, she went way above and beyond to help us. She scheduled the shuttles from the train station and to the airport, called us several times to help us navigate our way to our driver. She was so, so helpful! The apartment was spacious and filled with, what I assumed, are family heirlooms. Beautiful vintage and antique furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and the balcony, with the Vatican and St. Peter’s dome view, was our nightly wine enjoyment spot. I would highly recommend this Vatican View Penthouse. Thank you for a lovely visit Maria!

Great Apartment

Six of us came to Rome to explore this beautiful city and also to enjoy a day at the Ryder Cup. The apartment was lovely and ideally situated, we particularly enjoyed sitting out on the terrace for coffee in the morning and wine at the end of the night! Maria could not have been more helpful, and organised taxis to and from the airport for us. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Great location

Great apartment and Maria and her daughter were extremely accommodating. Rome was extremely hot in August but the air conditioning in the home was great so it didn't bother us at night. Walking distance to the Vatican with a number of good restaurants near by as well as a large taxi stand close by. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Rome and this apartment was a comfortable place to come back to each evening. The air conditioning was a reprieve from the hot weather outside. We enjoyed the evening breezes on the rooftop deck as well as the views. Easy walk to Vatican City. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance, too.

Schöne Wohnung ganz in der Nähe des Vatikans

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen für einen Besuch im Vatikan, auch weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten (Trevi-Brunnen) etc. sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross mit 3 Badezimmern und einer grossen Terasse mit Blick auf den St. Petersdom. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Vielfach werden die 80 Treppenstufen als Kriterium angegeben - ich finde wenn man täglich ca. 20000 Schritte macht, schafft man diese Hürde auch noch problemlos :)

Excellent location and huge apartment in one of the best Rome’s neighborhoods!

The apartment is huge, and the AC works perfectly (we stayed in Rome during the hottest week of Summer 2023), a 10-minute walk from the Vatican Museums, and great restaurants, supermarkets, and stores nearby. The host, Maria, booked 2 transfers for us which were extremely helpful (from Fiumicino and to Roma Termini). She always answered my questions and was super friendly. Thanks for hosting us!
