This spacious newly renovated apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is the perfect place for those seeking a comfortable stay by the Vatican City with family or friends!

The apartment is less than ten minutes away from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica; a fifteen minutes walk from Piazza Cavour and Castel Sant'Angelo; and in twenty minutes walking through the vibrant streets of Prati and crossing the Tiber you will find yourself in Piazza del Popolo or Piazza Navona! In the elegant and lively borough of Prati you will find many local restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets! The apartment is perfect if you want to discover Rome by foot but in any case the Ottaviano metro stop is only 2 minutes away!!

The apartment features two bright and spacious double bedrooms, both having access to a walk-in closet (refer to pictures attached), two modern bathrooms both having a shower, a living room with a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning and free high-speed WiFi are available throughout the apartment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, easily accessible by elevator, and very quiet.

There are certain house rules that guests should adhere to, including paying a tourist tax (charged by the municipality) in cash, in the amount of 3.5€ per person (children under 10 years of age are not charged) per night (for a maximum of 10 nights) upon arrival.
Guests should be considerate of the neighbors avoiding excessive noises, especially during quiet hours.
Please remember to bring the keys (only one set is available to guests) with you and lock the doors when you leave the apartment and be careful when opening the doors without forcing the keys in the locks to avoid breakage. In the event of any damage to the keys or doors you will be charged, as well as if you lose any keys.
Please be mindful of our planet: turn off all electrical household appliances (i.e. air conditioning, tv, lights, etc.) when leaving the apartment, to prevent accidents as well; please separate and dispose of your waste and recycling as instructed by the check-in agent.

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm (please send us a message to arrange check-in with a check-in agent who will meet you at the apartment upon arrival), and late check-in fees are charged in cash for arrivals after 8 pm for any reason (8pm - 10pm = €25; 10pm - 12am = € 35; after midnight = €40 + €10 for each extra hour). Guests may store their luggage in the apartment before check-in time, but early check-ins are not allowed. Checkout is until 10 am, and late check-out is subject to the owner's approval (contact the owner to verify whether a late check-out is possible).

A check-in agent will welcome guests, explain the apartment's features, and they will be available in case of emergencies or special needs. Guests are required to send a text message before their arrival to arrange check-in and avoid wait time (for you and the check-in agent).
