This modern newly renovated flat accommodates up to 3 people and is the perfect place for those seeking a comfortable stay in Rome with family or friends!

Located, in the Esquilino/Monti borough, 2 minutes away from Termini train station it is a very convenient flat for those travelling by train or plane (there is a direct train from Fiumicino airport to Termini, and all coaches from Fiumicino/Ciampino airports stop in Termini). The Colosseum and Fori Imperiali are just twenty minutes away, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele is 5 minutes away, the Domus Aurea is only 15 minutes away, while the Trevi fountain is 25 minutes away. The apartment's location is perfect if you want to discover Rome on foot! Otherwise the Termini metro stop is two minutes away (both the A and B lines stop here), the Termini bus terminal is five minutes away, and the Vittorio Emanuele metro stop (A line) is only 5 minutes away. The area of Esquilino/Monti is very vibrant: you will find the best local bars, boutiques and vintage shops in Rome here. There are also many local restaurants (trattorie), and some of the most famous pastry shops and ice-cream places are found there!

The newly renovated apartment features one spacious double bedroom with a large closet, a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a shower), another bathroom (with a shower), a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a small balcony. Air conditioning and free high-speed WiFi are available throughout the apartment. Please note that air conditioning is available between the months of May and September, while heating is available by law from mid-November to the end of March.

There are certain house rules that guests should adhere to, including paying a tourist tax (charged by the municipality) in cash, in the amount of 3.5€ per person (children under 10 years of age are not charged) per night (for a maximum of 10 nights) upon arrival.
Guests should be considerate of the neighbors avoiding excessive noises, especially during quiet hours.
Please remember to bring the keys (only one set is available to guests) with you and lock the doors when you leave the apartment and be careful when opening the doors without forcing the keys in the locks to avoid breakage. In the event of any damage to the keys or doors you will be charged, as well as if you lose any keys.
Please be mindful of our planet: turn off all electrical household appliances (i.e. air conditioning, tv, lights, etc.) when leaving the apartment, to prevent accidents as well; please separate and dispose of your waste and recycling as instructed by the check-in agent.

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm (please send us a message to arrange check-in with a check-in agent who will meet you at the apartment upon arrival), and late check-in fees are charged in cash for arrivals after 8 pm for any reason (8pm - 10pm = €25; 10pm - 12am = € 35; after midnight = €40 + €10 for each extra hour). Guests may store their luggage in the apartment before check-in time, but early check-ins are not allowed. Checkout is until 10 am, and late check-out is subject to the owner's approval (contact the owner to verify whether a late check-out is possible).

A check-in agent will welcome guests, explain the apartment's features, and they will be available in case of emergencies or special needs. Guests are required to send a text message before their arrival to arrange check-in and avoid wait time (for you and the check-in agent).
