Delightful flat located in by the Quirinal Palace can accommodate up to 3 people and is the perfect place if you want to explore Rome on foot with family or friends!
Situated 6 minutes away from the Quirinal Palace, the flat is only a 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, a 10 minute walk to the Pantheon and to the Imperial Fori!
The flat is located on the first floor and it is easily accessible by elevator. WiFi and air conditioning are available in all rooms. The flat features one double bedroom with a wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower, a living room with TV and a small dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a larger dining table.
There are certain house rules that guests should adhere to, including paying a tourist tax (charged by the municipality) in cash, in the amount of 6€ per person (children under 10 years of age are not charged) per night (for a maximum of 10 nights) upon arrival.
Guests should be considerate of the neighbors avoiding excessive noises, especially during quiet hours.
Please remember to bring the keys with you and lock the doors when you leave the apartment and be careful when opening the doors without forcing the keys in the locks to avoid breakage. In the event of any damage to the keys or doors you will be charged, as well as if you lose any keys.
Please be mindful of our planet: turn off all electrical household appliances (i.e. air conditioning, tv, lights, etc.) when leaving the apartment, to prevent accidents as well; please separate and dispose of your waste and recycling as instructed by the check-in agent.
Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm, and late check-in fees are charged in cash for arrivals after 8 pm for any reason (8pm - 10pm = €25; 10pm - 12am = € 35; after midnight = €40 + €10 for each extra hour). Guests may store their luggage in the apartment before check-in time, but early check-ins are not allowed. Checkout is until 10 am, and late check-out is subject to the owner's approval (contact the owner to verify whether a late check-out is possible).
A check-in agent will welcome guests, explain the apartment's features, and they will be available in case of emergencies or special needs. Guests are required to send a text message before their arrival to arrange check-in and avoid wait time (for you and the check-in agent).
