There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “The breakfast was pretty good. The airport shuttle was great. The check in was chaotic, the reception was full of frustrated guests. It was cold due to the automatic door not working and staying open... which by the way my husband fixed while we were waiting with no acknowledgement from the Receptionist. We have however stayed here before with no problems.”

“I got to this hotel a little late and tried to check-in the receptionist told me I would need to put down a deposit which I don't have a problem with however. But I did have a problem with. Is the deposit had to be in cash of $100? Who carries cash with them in this day and age. So I ask her why can't I put it on my credit card that I'm checking in with. She said no.
