Hotel vicino a Rondo Theatre - Cairns

“Lovely appointed hotel at the quiet end of The Esplanade closer to the airport. The front rooms are well appointed, but located directly above the restaurant so be prepared for noise. The nearby hospital (chopper) also adds to the noise. The staff were very helpful with luggage as there are no lifts. We felt the room was given a basic clean from the previous occupants because we were only staying one night. The floor was dirty and sticky and amenities not topped up. “Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“Absolutely lovely property, with attentive staff. Booked a family interconnecting seaview room. Plenty of space with a great balcony in each room. Our family enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with the view over the water, the gym, lap pool and easy access to local restaurants. We would definitely return to stay. Highly recommend.”

“Clean room and nice bathroom. The resort itself is beautiful and has a lot of covered walking paths to get from the lobby to the rooms, pools, and restaurants, helpful when it rains on and off a lot in Cairns. Breakfast buffet was really good, wish it was built into the price though. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly one night with very noisy neighbours at 2:30am. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful especially Zenon he was very helpful at recommending activities to do around the area and overall a great person to have a conversation with.
