“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“I stayed in this hotel with my family for two nights.the location is great, near to the Aquarium and to the terminal for reef tours. Rooms are big, comfy and most of all they are super clean! There is a lounge with a Coffee machine (real nespresso) and biscuits and water, open 24/7,so this is great. The staff is amazing, we met Matteo and Aurora and they are very kind and helpful! If we ever come back to cairns we will definetely come back in this hotel!”

The Staff was very welcoming and helpful especially Zenon he was very helpful at recommending activities to do around the area and overall a great person to have a conversation with. The other staff were really helpful as well. I definitely would stay here again if ever find myself in Cairns.”

La camera assegnataci era spaziosa con arredi moderni e un bel balcone ,attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, con vista sulla citta'.il Bagno era dotato di una doccia semi aperta che allagava il pavimento. Purtroppo la pulizia era poco accurata, veniva solo rifatto il letto, nel bagno gli asciugamani non venivano sostituiti.Ho trovato la colazione poco assortita di dolci e con prodotti...

I am diabetic so have to be able to eat regularly .Being a si gle traveller walking around in the dark was daunting to find a restaurant that was open. The restaurant when open I felt rushed to both order and especially pay. I was asked three times how I was going to pay even before I ordered lunch and had to pay even before my meal arrived.
