“The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. “Please stay away from this property!
They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money.
You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!!
