It’s so great to see someone who is not only great at his job but he is kind, fun and the best service oriented attitude. The hotel is amazing. The private island was incredible. Can’t wait...

“We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property. ”
