“Hallways stink, but the rooms are nice enough”

“The hotel was clean and quiet and we couldn’t hear the noise from the freeway, even though it was nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast had quite a few things to chose from and was pretty good.”

“We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient location and overall relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable—we would happily stay here again!”

“The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again”

“Their A/c is off until the end of may when its 92 plus degrees outside the pool was closed it did not mention either of these things when booking and their appliances "are being replaced". The attendant did her best but she was crying when we got there the locals who live in the hotel were upset things had gotten bad as well. no screens on the windows but were told to open them up for the air. was there all of 10 mins and left to a much better place.”

“Room was very gross. I don’t think this place should be in business. I blew up my air mattress and stayed because I would’ve payed twice as much somewhere else because I had my dog. ”

“Free laundry option is always appreciated. Television choice is fairly poor with many channels on in-room guide having no signal. This is second stay due to convenient and safe location; would stay again just on those terms. Only issue is to ask for room away from room 206 as occupant leaves door ajar and moans/chants loud enough to hear down hallway or blasts television. On both trips, the same situation so it might be a long term resident. ”

“The breakfast was terrible, the worst eggs I have ever had in my life. I had to leave a day early and even though when I checked out a credit was applied to my bill the hotel manager reversed it so he decided that he wouldn’t allow a credit with no explanation. So between the terrible breakfast and lack of customer satisfaction not allowing a credit I will never stay there again.”

“Clean and spacious room. The only concern I had was the heavy footsteps that I can hear from upstairs. ”
