“Clean room”

“We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62. “Old room but clean”

“I forgot my earrings on the bathroom counter. Immediately noticed after checkout. Went straight back to get them but they had already been stolen!!! The maid hadn’t even cleaned the room. Just gone in and had the door open”

“I just needed a clean comfortable room to sleep. The room was perfect. Cold air, nice shower, bed was fine. Enjoyed watching Tv. No other amenities. No breakfast, coffee etc or anyone at the front desk alot of the times. Phones do not work in the room or when you try calling. You have to book online or possibly at the front desk if someone there. Again, the room was surprisingly nice”
