“We stayed here as a family with four kids ages 11 and under and had a really good experience overall.
The property and hotel felt well maintained, and the staff throughout the stay were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff especially did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean even during busy times. “I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well .
The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part.
Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can .
When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor .
The staff gave us some $ off .”
