“Outside the property is poorly maintained. Inside was ok but near the entrance it smelled really bad ”

“Was unable to watch any of the TVs. Host was unable to assist. ADT alarm announced garage door motion detected every 5 mins or so. Host was unwilling to correct error. The host's primary concern was how many guests would be staying at the property. We ended purchasing our own towels due to the quality and appearance of cleanliness of the ones provided. 2 of 4 the guests that were booked to stay sought out alternate accommodations for the 2nd night.Air conditioning was set at 72 degrees by...

“This place is nice and quiet - we needed a large kitchen and this worked out quite well! The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable! There are a few small items left (painting a few trim pieces and such) for a perfect stay. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!!”

“The property says there is a hot tub on site and there was not one. That’s one reason we rented the house. The bunk bed mattresses was uncomfortable. The water in the shower was not very hot. ”

“It was alright overall. Details, details, details... I didn't recognize from the photos the age of the residence and coming off a stay from a newer residence, I wasn't fully prepared. Spacious layout and plenty of room for as many as six or seven to sleep on existing beds. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. Bathrooms are dated but clean (It'd be nice to have a window screen (guest bath)). There aren't any towel racks so we improvised with some plastic hangers found in a closet. A/C worked well....

“Very cozy and pet-friendly home! The location is great- close to highways. Gated community and multiple parking spaces is a plus! Our host- Priscilla, was very helpful with the check-in instructions and also assisted with our late check-out request. She is extremely responsive to my questions prior and during our stay. We will be saving this listing for future trips to Houston!”
