“Dirty room, poor housekeeping Do not stay here if you value a clean room. The floors in our room were absolutely black with grime and clearly hadn't been properly washed or vacuumed in a long time. It was disgusting and ruined our stay. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort from the staff and management. We spent an hour wiping/moping the floors ourself. I called the front desk and showed him the paper towels we had used to wipe the floors were black. You can tell housekeeping needs...
