The Neighborhood:

Highfield on High sits in leafy, sought-after Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most popular residential suburbs on the eastern side of town - quiet, green and wonderfully handy. The big drawcard is the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, just 100m from the door, with its world-famous walking and mountain-biking trails right on your doorstep. The beautiful Blue Lake, Lake Okareka and Lake Tarawera are all around ten minutes away for a swim or a paddle, while Te Puia's geysers are eight minutes, and the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and central Rotorua about nine. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are over on the western side of town, around seventeen minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is handy here, with free off-street parking. The Redwoods forest is a 100m walk, Te Puia about eight minutes, and central Rotorua, the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa around nine, with Rotorua Airport just ten. The Blue Lake, Lake Okareka and Lake Tarawera are about ten minutes away, and Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours roughly seventeen on the western side of town. Uber, taxis and buses are available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. The home is set across two levels, with a spa pool and a games-filled garage - please supervise children around the spa and stairs. One garage is reserved for the owner's storage.
