The Neighborhood:

Inn Lewis sits in leafy, sought-after Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most popular residential suburbs on the eastern side of town - quiet, green and wonderfully handy. The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, with its world-famous walking and mountain-biking trails, is just 500m away - an easy walk or ride from the door. Te Puia's geysers are about seven minutes, and the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa, central Rotorua and Rotorua Airport all around nine. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are over on the western side of town, around seventeen minutes away. The Blue Lake, Lake Ōkareka and Lake Tarawera are also an easy drive for a swim or a paddle.



Getting Around:

A car is handy here, with a huge internal-access garage. The Redwoods forest is a 500m walk, Te Puia about seven minutes, and central Rotorua, the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and Rotorua Airport all around nine. Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are roughly seventeen minutes on the western side of town. Uber, taxis and buses are available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 147 Mbps. The covered outdoor area has an outdoor fireplace - please use it safely. There's a private spa - please supervise children around it at all times.

This property has a Minut sensor in the living room that monitors noise and smoke. It never records audio - it only sends our property managers a decibel reading if noise stays above acceptable levels for a sustained period.
