Thoughtfully laid out with a full kitchen and open living space, this newly built retreat is the perfect place to rest your feet after a day of exploring. Whether you're here for a special event, a weekend of shopping, or simply to enjoy the countryside, this home offers the space and ease you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive!



The Space:

Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.



When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



Absolutely no smoking or drug use is allowed at this property!



No pets allowed on the property. You must advise the host if bringing a service animal ahead of time.

For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

Fantastic location to all Round Top has to offer. Very comfortable rooms and super clean. The hosts were always very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
