The Space:

The Round Top Motel isn’t a motel at all—it’s a curated collection of five unique & private homes, each offering comfort , charm, and located on the same block in the center of Round Top.



All five units are equipped with:

- WiFi (though it can be spotty at times)

- Keurig machine + coffee + creamer + sweetener

- Outdoor gas fire pit (shared amenity among Winn, Reed, Nest & Bybee).

Guests will have access to all five units, including the outdoor space that's shared among the Bybee, Nest, Winn, and Reed units.



The Neighborhood:

The Round Top Motel is located in the heart of Round Top, Texas. Each unit is a private home located on the same block. The MeMe unit is located just around the corner. All units are walkable to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and wine bars.



Getting Around:

All five units in Round Top Motel are located within walking distance to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping.



Looking to get around to nearby wedding venues or antique vendors? Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, generally aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- Rental Agreement & Pre-arrival Form are required. The Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Before arrival, we'll request a Pre-Arrival Form that requires a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process.



- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front of the units. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.



- OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):

- Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.

This property is professionally managed by HOSTIE Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!
