“Customer service was great! Beds were very comfortable and room clean. Wasn’t very pleased with breakfast any of our days, we had great expectations because it was Dennys, but it was a 3/10. We are definitely pet lovers, but allowing animals to sit in booths and not even sanitize them between customers is crazy. Just like the table needs to be cleaned, so does the booth. What about your customers who have allergies to pet dandruff, not a great way to start a vacation.”

“The bed was hard, the sheets had pilling on them where ones feet would go, the duvet was ripped, and the stuffing was coming out. The skirt of the bed had stains all over it. There random stains on the walls and on the couch. The whole second floor smelled like somebody was smoking in their room or even in the hall. Just felt dirty. Just needed a place to stay for one night, but would not do it again.”

“Carpet dirty every floor, the breakfast not up to par. No staff, front desk nice. Last 2 visit under renovations, really. Wouldn’t stay there again!”

“Did not have breakfast but other members of my family did and were satisfied. The furnishing in the room was average . The sofa was worn around the base with section of leather missing/striped away. Should be replaced. ”

“Parking lot has a huge pothole thats been there a long time . Asked for non smoking rm but the rm stank of smoke mgt excuse was the rm behind it is a smoking rm (pitiful excuse ) rms was old dingy and disgusting curtains has visible stains on them walls were stained , shower had mold in it !!!! Breakfast was a joke nothing but bread products absolutely horrendous stay !!!! ”

“Carpets are nasty and the shower didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower ”
