“Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core.”

“Would not class this room as an apartment- it was a hotel room. The kitchenette did not have an oven, and was lacking a lot of basic items which made it difficult to cook over a long stay (6 nights). Wasn’t a desk so working at the small table was a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was little to no noise insulation however and noise from the hallway carried. A bit weird reception is on the second floor but not really an issue. Overall was okay but wouldn’t...
