“It is a lovely hotel in a great location and I enjoyed it. However, some of the power points in the room worked intermittently and the office closes at 6pm! The television only worked on the first night I was there (of 3) and the control panel could not be changed. Nevertheless, it was generally excellent and I would stay there again.”

“Travelled from NZ & stayed for 4 nights with my daughter and we found that we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and accommodated our small requests. We had a 1bdrm unit and the room was a good size and kitchen had all the ammenities we needed. Also loved that the room had it’s own laundry facilities. Coles, fitness centre & bus stop were also really close which has so handy for us. Would 100% stay again.”
“My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style.
Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot — close to train station, Restaurant, The Grounds, Supermarket, etc. Yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep.

“Great new place. Easy to get to, super convenient and loads of dining and shopping options. Room is decked out with everything you need including a fridge and microwave. My only feedback would be to provide a basic set of plates, bowls and cutlery especially when a microwave is provided ☺️”
“Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby.
