“We had a great stay at Crossroads. However, when we checked in we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. 4pm checkin already is a little late, so waiting around another 1.5 hours not knowing when the room would be ready was a bit of a pain. It was made worse by Pippin closing at 4pm for a private event, so we basically had to sit around while we waited. They did treat us to a bottle of wine as an apology, which helped make the situation better. All in all, the amenities...

“Stayed here after attending my cousin's graduation, and I absolutely LOVED it! The room was great and the bed was super comfy - perfect for a solo traveler like myself! The location is so beautiful, I sat outside staring at the stars! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!”

“Waren auf der Durchreise zum Shannandoah Nationalpark dort. Die Einfahrt in den Park ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, ordentlich, die Dame vom Empfang super nett. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort. Würde ich wieder buchen.”

“Spark by Hilton was perfectly suited for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the basics needed for an overnight were supplied. The room lacked a personal coffee pot which required an early morning trip to the lobby, but for the money I spent, I was pleased.”

“Cozy and comfortable with pond and mountain views. Wine tasting on site and easy access to Wintergreen. We loved our stay and will be back again!”

“This was the worse place I ever been. Dirty place, the staff are always frustrated and care less about your questions. The breakfast was even worse. By 7am there’s nothing left and no one care to even restock some food. It’s just water coming out of the « supposed » juice machine, and no one to even put a proper juice in there. I stayed there for 3 nights,4 days and didn’t get to eat any breakfast and like you this place supposed to be breakfast included. Overall this experience was terrible....

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”

“The stay was very average. Positives is it is a beautiful complex with trails and access to the sports complex. Negatives are that they ran out of towels for one of the days at both the pool and in our room, spider webs on the balcony railings and chairs, found items in our room that were not ours and left from prior stays, and the pool was very underwhelming (no towels, pool bar closed, and not nearly enough chairs).”
