“I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35...

“Excellent location and nice, comfortable rooms”

“Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

“Nice place a short driving distance from town. Room was clean, good bed, pillows, and shower. Very good breakfast with eggs, waffles, fruit, bagels and toast, oatmeal. Lots of food options along the road nearby. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods also just down the road.”

Noise was an issue as we were woken up several times by doors closing loudly, and people talking in the hallway. We could also hear the TV in the room above us. The shower was a little disappointing due to low water pressure. Overall, it was a good deal for our two night stay. ”
