Hotel vicino a Sugarleaf Vineyard - North Garden

“We had a great stay at Crossroads. However, when we checked in we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. 4pm checkin already is a little late, so waiting around another 1.5 hours not knowing when the room would be ready was a bit of a pain. It was made worse by Pippin closing at 4pm for a private event, so we basically had to sit around while we waited. They did treat us to a bottle of wine as an apology, which helped make the situation better. All in all, the amenities...

“We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Virginia Guesthouse. The hotel had opened up just the month before, and the property was very-well appointed, and immaculate. It felt like a room night should have cost at least a couple times more than I did. Added bonus, our breakfast at their restaurant was amazing.”

“Checked in. 1. TV didn’t work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it. 2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see next… 3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall. “This hotel was very conveniently located. The staff was excellent, and the breakfast they serve, made to order, was well worth the $8.00 pp. on the down side, it could have been a little cleaner. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.”
