“I schedule to pay upon arrival and my room was canceled they told me because the hotel was booked and I didnt have card on file however they gave me a room...the room was clean the bathroom was horrible I complained and no one came to clean..I had to put a towel in the tub just to shower...the sup came to clean bathroom and told me that they will give me accommodation that never happen..however she did say the bathroom was dirty and maintenence will be fired bc of this...my whole experience...

“Took too long to check in on Friday night, there should have been more than one person checking in guests on a busy weekend. Staff was lacking throughout our stay. I did not see one housekeeper the entire weekend. Our room was adequate, but there was black mold around the shower, products on the wall were half empty, a dog toy under the bed (which indicates a lack of attention to vacuuming), and most of the USB outlets did not work. I booked two rooms, one of which had a strong urine smell and...

“Good location for UVA graduation. However, the king size studio room was unusually small. To our surprise and dismay, when we opened the sofa bed, one couldn’t get from bedroom to the bathroom room anymore - you had to step over the corner of the sofa bed which inevitably woke up our son sleeping there. To make matters worse, bathroom light didn’t work, so we had to take showers in dark - after informing the front desk immediately, it didn’t get fixed during our stay. Apparently, the...

“Great place and location”

“AC was left off, so the room was sweltering hot, and the blinds were left open, which didn't help. There were also several stink bugs in the room. The staff were rude and said we needed a credit card when I've never had an issue giving a debit card for any temporary charges. Someone was also whistling in the hallway knocking on doors for no reason. Do not recommend will never stay here again.”
