“Was denied a room at first due to not having any clean, then waited 3 hrs for manager to come clean rooms. No housekeeping the 2nd say of my stay. Tv not working properly, no remote in room. Understaffed really badly. Michelle was trying her hardest with no support. ”

“room was dirty- I have pictures of hair in/on the shower and tub and the whole tub looked discgusting, we didn't even take showers in it because it was so bad! people couldn't get checked in as the attendant left at 10 pm and phone number on door wasn't being answered, they didn't "recognize" our expedia reservation, my daughter paid for her deposit with $100 cash because that's what she had and the next morning no one was around to give her the deposit back, we had issues with the first room...

“Rooms had broken items like lamp, TV did not turn on, phone was unplugged- the condition of the hotel made the area feel unsafe and not very comfortable. ”

“Location is good. Renovations are being done which are okay, but makes the hotel very difficult to navigate for now. Also, we stayed in a renovated room, but I don't feel that the renovations improved it much? Will give it another chance maybe when it is finished.”

“Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.”
