Case in affitto a Ruidoso Downs

“The house is a little older, and we had some trouble opening the kitchen drawers. There were quite a few bugs throughout both the casita and the main house, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work very well. Also pool was cold. Other than those issues, the home was beautiful inside, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved the house. We saw a herd of elk and really enjoyed our time.”

“Great place.”

“Everything was great except for the beds. Very uncomfortable.”

“In need of lots of maintenance. Mold in upstairs shower stall.Pots & pans dirty. Animal feces in driveway(wild horse) and while they cannot control where the horses go, they can clean it up before check in. Lot's of rules like they will charge if you don't take out the trash. Weeds in front, outside needs lots of maintenance. Patio "carpet" was an articial turf that needs to be hosed off as prior pets urinated on it.Deck needs paint and they should use a leaf blower to remove the pine needles...

“N/A”

“We really liked this place. Wish we could’ve stayed another couple nights! The view from the deck is amazing. Beds were huge and comfy. Upstairs is where the kitchen and living room and deck are located, and there’s an AC unit on the wall that works fast. Bedrooms are windows and ceiling fans, no AC, but it was fine. Highly recommend it.”

“Perfect location by golf course and shopping area. Short drives to any location in ruidoso. Home was inviting and peaceful. Will stay here again!”

“Beautiful views and quiet location. Ac works great. Pretty easy check in process. 1st night we were there, there was an issue with the plumbing but the management was able to take care of it relatively quickly.”

“Great stay!”

“The property was very inviting and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with my parents for 5 days. The back patio is great for morning coffee and peaceful vibes! Our little dog loved the yard and we all felt at home.”

“We had an amazing trip !”

“1. The neighborhood is very sketchy.2. The back porch hadn't been swept or blown off in weeks. Spider webs all along the edge.3. The outdoor cushions were moldy. The host told me it was tree sap. It was not. I washed them and they did not come clean. It was mold.4. The oven was filthy. The bottom had burnt on food on it. I have a picture if you would want to see it.5. There is no mention in the description that the second bathroom is upstairs.6. There is a two-tiered table upstairs...

“Great communication with the rental group. The property was great!”

“Simply amazing. Exactly what I needed for a nice Father’s Day trip with my kids. Such a cozy home with everything you need to enjoy a little nice R&R.”

“We truly appreciate the option to stay here for our trip. The mountain views and the ability to stay in a home were important to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.”

“The condo was well kept, updated, and cozy. Instructions for the fireplace, TV and heating systems were easy to located and follow. The condo is easily located off the main highway; but secluded enough with a great view off the patio and upstairs windows. Neighborhood was peaceful. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We would stay there again!”
