“Beautiful room and helpful staff… main issues were the family above us making a bunch of noise late night and early morning (which the staff can’t really control), and the bed was very very uncomfortable throughout the night (gave me bad back pain). Other than those two main issues, it was a great stay!”

“I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything.
