“JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!”

“Very nice setup, but wasn't aware that it was a basement that was converted into a studio apartment! Bathroom is extremely small, but shower can fit two! Ceiling in the shower was unfinished, which exposed tubing and insulation!!! Terrible!! Toilet is so close to the wall that it is a struggle to use it!! Hot tub downstairs, which I assume is for basement renters, was completely disgusting!!! My wife and I were lucky to be able to use the one upstairs, only because no one hadn't shown up yet!!!...

“We were in town for a graduation and this was a great spot for us to be located. Quiet neighborhood in the woods. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and also a pet friendly property. We had issue with the vrbo website for payment and Raf held the reservation and invoiced us. Communication was excellent with the minor issues we had. I wouldn't hesitate to return.”

“This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of...

“Cozy clean cabin, had trouble staying warm on the cool nights downstairs until we used the space heater. Altogether a very good stay.”

“It was a great property and the location was great close to hanging rock national park. The hot tub was great after the walking we did at hanging rock.”
