“Even though an employee from earlier in the day used my information to check-in a different guest who had a different name than mine, the more attentive employee who checked me in was able to switch out our information and get it fixed. I even was given a complimentary room upgrade. Thank God she was there because she couldn't reach the manager who was on call. She problem solved the issue fairly quickly.”

Nell' insieme non ci sono lodi da fare, ma è un compromesso giusto per il prezzo che si paga. E' comodo per muoversi tra High Point e Greensboro ed è vicino all'aeroporto.”

“The customer service at this property was top tier! The really deserve 10 stars. The manager, Ty' Asia and her team were Amazing. From the time i walked in she had a welcoming smile and very positive energy. I called earlier to notify them i was checking in late and when i walked in i was surprised she remembered my name. This property is pet friendly. One of my dogs has anxiety and afraid of the elevator. Ty'Asia offered to change my room from the 6th floor to the first floor which was so much...

“The hotel was beautifully decorated for the season and felt warm and inviting. It was clean, smelled amazing, and the staff was very friendly and professional. They even had a staff gingerbread house contest going which was super fun to judge. We didn’t make it to the hotel bar/ restaurant but can’t wait to go back and grab a bite there. ”
