“My room was okay. The front desk was terrible. Could not understand English. I reported that my phone on my desk in room 209 did not work. I was told by the lady, in broken English, that I could not call outside the hotel. I was very frightened. The pool was closed. I was initially told the pool was out of season. At a separate time. “Our biggest disappointment was the pillows we had the worst pillows I’ve ever used in my life woke up several times throughout the night and I asked for more pillows at 9 am and no one brung us anything until the housekeeping staff came on at noon . We had to buy pillows at Walmart. ”
