“Location! Location! Location! If you have a concert at Arlington music hall, this place is close and a very easy walk. There are many restaurants near by and things to do after the concert. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Biggest negative is the train. Property is right next to train tracks. But, if you listen to white noise or something else at night, you may not notice. ”

“The employee was rude and had an attitude. We asked about near by restaurant ls and send us to the wrong places. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby or room.”

“The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room ”

“"Cooked to order breakfast" was akin to a McMuffin. The "store" is more like a snack bar. My room faced the interstate; noisy trucks rolling by all night. Housekeeping did not attend to my room for three days out of my seven-day stay. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were clean except for the old, dirty rug by the beds. Pool area was clean. Hallways are painted black; my granddaughter said it looked like a haunted house. I would say Aloft is most suited for individuals who just...

“Hotel stay was great was a seamless stay staff is great, room very clean and stocked up, clean swimming area, great parking availability, I would like to see the breakfast cutoff last longer than 9 am we missed that but they still had great coffee and also the table umbrella was missing from the pool area Which would have been nice but all in all a great stay plus we were there for the Rangers game and the trolley ride to and back from the game is awesome didn’t worry about parking at the game....
