“Easy check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amenities top notch. Great location for Texas Live. Would stay again!”

“Day 1 only 1 elevator was working. Day 2 both elevators were out of service. Had to carry all our luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor. Rooms and bathroom are very dim. The rooms only use lamps not actual lights on the ceiling. ”

“The staff was a little bit rude the air conditioner did work but I found the treatment a little bit weird to this day at the hotel 6 and I stay there often in Dallas but this Arlington state was very different from the ones I've experienced before”

“The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room ”

“We really just needed a place to sleep, so it was sufficient. Overall the property is in various states of disrepair, there's no daily housekeeping (which is fine for a couple of days), the elevator door lights don't work so you don't know if you activated the buttons or if anyone's coming, the door to the outside closes all the way SOMETIMES but not always, the ice machine is broken, and the bathroom walls look dirty with yellow grime. I can handle it, but you should know that it looks NOTHING...

“From the moment we walked in the front doors it was a great experience! We were greeted by a very polite young man. He helped me change my reservation to the correct date. The lobby, elevator and room were very clean. And we had a wonderful experience with this Holiday Inn!”

“Staff let me check in earlier which was great. I only stayed for one night for a baseball game. I had a good experience but then again I wasn’t there that long. They also made it a point to put me in a room on the other side of the interstate and close to the elevator which was also a plus. ”
