“The place is very clean,welcoming beautiful smell.Carpet very clean.I loved their ice machine more especially in this hot season.Me and my 4 classmates had a good experience while we were down there for training.”

“Very well kept hotel, the pool was clean but extremely hot in the room and water was freezing but it was refreshing! Staff was great even brought my 3 kids balloons and little toys! Would definitely recommend a stay if traveling in area!”

“This property was not as advertised. There was no breakfast provided and that was one of the reasons that we booked there. The space was there for breakfast but nothing. and when they asked at the front, she was not the kindest to them. The sheets were dirty. They slept on top of the sheets and comforters because of this and fear of bedbugs. They parked the truck near the window out of fear of a break in. I would not recommend this hotel. “The AmericInn in Sibley, Iowa was the cleanest, most comfortable stay that we have had in Iowa yet. The room was cozy and well maintained and the best part was that it was quiet. No loud, annoying guests who can’t respect others rest time. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The manager/owner and her husband were very friendly and helpful.”
