“Everything”

“The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh.”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Terrible location. Would not stay there again because of that. I don’t eat breakfast but it looked like it was enjoyed by the other guests.”

“Only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Trying to actually get to the property was tricky.”

“I was at the hotel for my son’s soccer tournament and we were very pleased with the property. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The only thing I missed was an ice machine, specially since we were in and out of soccer games it’d have been very useful.”

“I was given a room key to a room that wasn’t turned over (towels on the bed and floor of the bathroom). Then we were given keys to a new room. There was a used bandaid on the lamp. The room wasn’t cooling down well either.”

“Not sure why this has bad reviews . It was a good hotel . If you need a basic hotel to sleep , be safe , chill and do what you gotta do it was perfect . I stayed here with my family and little baby . It was good . I would stay again . Front desk was very nice and kind too. Can’t complain”

“We stayed here for two nights and it was nice. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was perfect for the four- two kids and two adults. Pool nice and clean.”

“The Ruby Tuesdays that is connected needed a deep cleaning. Multiple tables were sticky, wouldn't be surprised if the rags used to clean the tables also cleaned the carpet that has probably been there for a while. Also had a distict smell, that was not great.”

Si scopre che lo shuttle dell'albergo lavora a singhiozzo ma nessuno si premura di dirti che gli orari sono ridotti e che al weekend non lo forniscono. Colazione assai scadente. “Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and came with basic kitchen utensils, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast. Having a Whole Foods nearby was a huge plus—we were able to buy fresh groceries, making our stay both convenient and comfortable. The only minor downside was that our room faced Route 287, so there was noticeable traffic noise. Fortunately, we brought earplugs, which solved the problem, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
