“We've stayed at this hotel chain before and generally had much better experiences. The rooms themselves were nice, and the pillows were particularly comfortable, which is always a plus. However, our stay was marred by a significant disappointment regarding our room reservation. We specifically booked a suite with two queen beds and a bathtub, as this was important for an older member of our party. Instead, we were given a suite with two full beds and a shower. “Room cleaning was terrible — rarely serviced, dirty sheets, trash not emptied, and bathroom left messy despite daily requests. Customer service was even worse: unprofessional, rude, and completely dismissive when complaints were made. No accountability or resolution. Below-average stay. Would not recommend.”
