“This property is stunning- I wish it was my home. The building is gorgeous, the plants on the property are lush and there are hummingbirds everywhere! The room was excellent: comfortable king bed, great pillows, clean, modern bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Robes and good towels. The pool was great, small for lounging, not really for laps. “The hot tub did not work. Once I got in, I turned on the jets and it worked for 2 min before completely shutting off. I tried to restart the breakers attached to the hot tub but nothing g would turn it back on. ”

“Overall great hotel, but for a $450 hotel that takes $70 resort fee (and we spent extras in the restaruants and pools) I would expect not to be greedy when I ask to stay an extra hour and ask me to pay $150 (for 2 hours!!!) while saying celarly that they will check if the room is booked or if its possible and getting back to me that it is free / possible - why not going the extra mile for excelent experiese vs. coming across greedy (on thop of the resort fee).
