“Great place to stay. Everything was well thought out and was like a home away from home. Good location a 5 minute walk from the main restaurants and pubs. Will definitely stay again. Immaculate inside. ”

There was a water outage for two and a half days - we understand there should have been compensation due - mention of this has been made to the host, an acknowledgement but nothing else so far”

“Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. “This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters.”

“Oven worked. Stove top would not come on. Heating system is not warm enough for Winter temperature!!!! We have been uncomfortable at night and watching TV. Needs Winter duvet on bed. Shower either freezes you or scalds you with temperature. Needs blackout curtains. Light comes through blinds. Nice fridge,”
