“The office smelled horrible as did the person checking me in. Upon entering the room it smelled bad also. The floor was deteriorated laminate and was extremely sticky. I wouldn’t walk on it without my shoes on. The toilet seat was falling off and there was no toilet paper(or even a dispenser) anywhere in the room. The dressers were in horrible shape, like ones people put in their yards with a free sign. There was no soap or tissues anywhere in the room. The wall mounted air conditioner was...

The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced.”
