Hotel vicino a SM City East Ortigas Shopping Center - Manila

“Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. ”

“The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again.”

“Excellent condo and the host was extremely helpful no matter what my issue was. Everything in the spacious condo worked and the a/c was cold just the way i like it. The building has roaches be aware, this was my only issue. I absolutely loved my stay”

“staff are friendly and helpful .room are clean but the smell is not nice.”

“Staffs are good.”

“The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. We just hope that the hotel can find a way to improve the smell of the place, not bad but also not that welcoming for a hotel especially within the elevator area which smelled lime a bathroom deodorant. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests.”

“L'hotel è molto bello, pulito e confortevole. La stanza spaziosa e comoda, bella ls spa”

“Staffs, Service and clean. The room really some help.. it’s old, one side of the bed was sagging, aircon was falling apart and very noisy had to leave it off most of the time plus bath tub state was questionable.”

“Spacious room and Generally good service in a strategic area Just food overpriced”
