I did not have time to inspect the room after checking in as I had to leave for training shortly after. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled like it has been used as a smoking room. Why does a non-smoking room have a comforter that has cigarette burn holes... Overall, the linen was not clean. Both units to the right and left of me had guests who were smoking......

“The room was clean but lacks a number of essential items, like closet, facial tissues. The fan in the bathroom was super loud and noisy. The parking lot was nice and safe. Though the day of our stay, there was only coffee available not breakfast items. After I inform the staff at the front desk, she got some mini muffins out. ”

“The staff was very nice and accommodating when our room keys didn’t work. However, the facility wasn’t very clean. Our room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival because there were hairs in the shower and behind the faucet. Our feet were black from the dirty floor. We were visiting our son who recently moved there so we probably won’t choose this hotel for our next trip.”
