Hotel moderno ed elegante. All’altezza delle quattro stelle.

It was an overall really good experience. The position in particular was perfect to go easily in the center of Frankfurt by walk and to the Stadium by train.

La mattina partendo presto x lavoro…la macchinetta del caffè in camera non funzionava ho chiesto alla reception un caffè….prima di darmi il caffè mi hanno chiesto 2,50 centesimi

I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays. sono stato ven, apr 20 - lun, apr 23 (2018) Sono rimasto molto contento dal albergo, tutto molto pulito, la camera e attrezzata di un angollo cottura,( pentole,piatti,bollitore,asse e ferro da stiro) Personale gentilissimo, la rete wi fi che prende in tutto albergo !!! Albergo merita tutte le sue stelle :)) 5 su 5
