“Room 130 was absolutely horrible… Room 130 wasn’t even fit for my dog or cat… Room 130 was located right next to the exit door… Every time somebody would go in and out, the door would slam so hard that it woke us up every single time we got zero sleep… I told the front desk and there was no concern at all for the lack of sleep that I got i’m requesting a full refund. I didn’t get any sleep at all and either did my wife….”

“We felt so welcome and relaxed at the hotel. Loved the gardens and the rooms centered on the warm,heated outdoor pool. Loved the hot tub tucked away behind bushes providing its own pocket of privacy. Our room was huge with 2 closets and a separate kitchen, wish we could have stayed more than the 2 nights we did. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Palm Springs. ”

“Lovely,Unit 56, towards the back of property away from the main street, right next to one of the many pools on site to guests. Had 2 bathrooms in unit and plenty of space for more people to day comfortably.. We didn’t use the site amenities like the pool, sauna, or tennis courts, but all looked lovely and well maintained as we walked past them a few times to get to main entrance for Lyft pick ups. They let us extend our check out time by an hour w/ a quick call to the desk. Great location...

“The staff was really attentive and polite, the room a bit on the small size and without television :-0. A tablet is provided but we didn’t use it because we had our own. Cleanliness ok. Coffee and bites offered in the morning”

“The hotel has a retro 50's vibe, with the lounge being full of unique, eclectic pieces of art and cosy furniture. There are many little areas in the lounge to curl up around the central fireplace or outside to meet with friends, as the atmosphere is welcoming, and homey. The rooms are beautiful, with vibrant colours, and full of essentials. A little nespresso machine with pucks would be a nice addition for that early morning hit of caffeine.
