“This B&B can only be reached by car. The room is clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They do not provide dinner but they will introduce the restaurants nearby. They own a vineyard. Guests are free to visit. They have a wine tasting session at 7 pm. The staff there explained their wine production in details. The wines are good. We have bought a few bottles from them. The breakfast was great. Surely will visit there again if we go to Bordeaux.”

“L'hotel si trova una zona tranquilla, a 10/15 minuti dal centro di Bordeaux, in un parco con estesi vigneti. La nostra camera era bellissima ( probabilmente ci è stato offerto l' upgrade), con due grandi finestre con vista su fiume e parco, il bagno era probabilmente il più grande mai avuto in albergo. Non c'è ristorante, ma raggiungere il centro non è difficile.
Consigliabile, a meno che non si voglia soggiornare in città.”

“We arrived at Domaine du Chauvet after a long drive from Spain. Mr Jabali was the perfect host: he was very welcoming and he prepared us an excellent meal at a time to suit us. The building is beautiful with a decor of stone, wood and white linen. Parking is safe and secure behind electric gates. Our bedroom was small but very comfortable. Next morning we had the best breakfast ever - pastries ,bread, fruit , cereal, coffee, tea, juice. We would definitely stay here again!”

Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!”
