The Space:
We're close by the river and close to both Midtown and Downtown Sacramento! Whether you're catching a game at the nearby River Cats Stadium or visiting the California Highway Patrol Academy, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore all that Sacramento has to offer.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers over 3,500 square feet of living space. Enjoy a fun-filled day with a game of foosball and a large backyard—ideal for family gatherings or simply relaxing. The backyard is a true highlight, featuring a fully fenced-in space for privacy and security.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home. You may park in the driveway or street if you're bringing a car. We do not offer the garage for parking or guest use.

Other Things to Note:
We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)

IMPORTANT:
Due to the proximity of its location near the river, occasional mosquitoes and bugs may be present within the premises. We make every effort to maintain a pest-free environment, but it's not always possible to completely eliminate them. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we take necessary measures to minimize any inconvenience.

Guests will NOT have access to the fireplace and we do not offer a hot tub.
