“This hotel is not clean. They didn’t clean my room for over 7 days! I put the garbage out of the room - it took forever for them to pick it up despite me telling them to do so if they do not clean the room. The hotel is constantly used to have large group gatherings and celebrations. There are lots of people everywhere who do not even stay in the hotel. This is the only IHG hotel in the area. “I was only there for one night for the Knicks parade, but it was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and spacious. I had the superior room with the sofa bed and it came in handy. The staff was really really nice very accommodating especially with how hectic all the check-ins were. I would definitely stay there again”
