“Great hotel! The front desk staff was just ok. Being from Texas I’m used to really nice people. When I went to check out and ask for a copy of my receipt, the front desk clerk seemed put out. Other than that, all was good.”

“This place was a convenient location to what we needed it for . The property itself was very clean and staff was helpful .”

“Very clean. I didn’t like the minimalist part about this hotel. I prefer to wake up and have coffee in my room. Not make a trip to the lobby. Draws would have been great. Mattress comfortable.”

“The property was clean and well maintained and located near restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and professional. Parking was plentiful and no additional fees. The hotel was quiet at night - we did not hear noise from other guests. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.”

“Didn't know until I got to the location that I had to pay $35 a day for parking, no garbage bags in the trash cans for the room so I had to keep bringing my garbage to the trash can by the elevators and the fridge you have to turn on every 2 hours just to keep food cold so you're forced to wake every 2 hours during the night just to make sure your food doesn't spoil.”

“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”

“Hotel nuovo, molto pulito, camera perfetta, letto confortevole. Il condizionatore anche da spento è rumoroso. La colazione è decisamente scadente, un hotel così bello merita una colazione migliore.”
