Hotel vicino a Sky Glider - Minneapolis - St. Paul

“No hotel was dirty and poorly lit. It felt unsafe. The hot tub that i was told was working was taped off. You could smell smoke in the hallways. I could hear someone playing music with loud base and the room its self was dirty none of the lights were plugged in and furniture waa moved away from the wall where there was trash.”

“We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. “I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. ”

“The property and pool area were well-maintained. The room was not clean. There were gross stains on the floor and on the edge of the bed.”

“Hospitality was amazing, room refresh was more than we expected, staff at the deak was awesome, breakfast attendant was on point, we were overly impressed untill Sat am when the desk attendant doubled the price of the water we'd been buying daily since Wed. We bought 5 she charged $20. Double what we had paid. We paid $60 more to stay another nite then get hit with highter (double) price for water. Looked after our check-in, messaged later on to see if we settled in ok, and followed up the next day to see if we needed anything. Would return again.”
