“The lack of staff made it difficult. Room didnt get cleaned and we had to go get fresh towels and bedding for the pull out couch. Restraint wasn’t hardly open due to lack of staff. For the price per night it would have been nice to have everything stocked and functional”

“Breakfast was okay. Don’t expect meat—it’s just coffee with toast and bread, plus peanut butter and jelly. There are about five bananas, plenty of apples, and cereal with milk and yogurt. That’s all.”

“We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. Front desk lady was sure to remind us that our 2nd night would be...

“Hotel nuovo, molto pulito, camera perfetta, letto confortevole. Il condizionatore anche da spento è rumoroso. La colazione è decisamente scadente, un hotel così bello merita una colazione migliore.”

“Booked a last minute room here after getting a refund at the property I was supposed to stay at. What a difference! Manager at the front desk was super helpful as I needed and ADA room on first floor. Bottled water upon arrival. Breakfast was also good. Room was very clean and up to date and bed was very comfortable. Right off the freeway. Will return to stay again!”

“Breakfast was very nice. It had a variety of food to choose from. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. They have a barbecue in the courtyard so if you wanted to grille some burgers and brats you could. ”

“Beautiful building and amazing location! I always stay in this area and finally stayed here at the Canopy. I will be back! The parking garage was slightly annoying with the tickets but that’s nitpicking. Bed - 3/5 you could tell the bed was a little older and slightly less comfortable than many others I have slept on Price was right and everyone on staff was amazing! Overall I will be back every time I’m in Minneapolis! ”

“The room was very clean, the shower was unique and the bar was a great time. Air conditioning worked very well, and the bunk bed setup was very nostalgic and enjoyable. Perfect walking distance to the Armory for concert stays or US Bank Stadium for a football game!”
