“The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again. ”

“Very nice hotel , spacious pool , lot of breakfast options. Halls were nice and clean , walls are sound proof The ONLY issue we had, is our cards had to keep being switched . We would get locked outside . Locked out of pool ,locked out of our room which was big inconvenience since our room was on opposite end from lobby , then elevator was functioning however very slow . Overall I would still give it 9/10 because the property itself is a hidden gem , very nice. Just unfortunate we have key...

“Other than the press on nail under the sink and whatever was on the sofa (that needed to cleaned), this establishment was awesome. The staff was super professional, friendly and informative from check-in to check-out. The food was hot and tasty. Their Daily Kick-back runs circles around Embassy Suites.”
